¶ How to Onboard DevBricks into Jira
DevBricks offers seamless integration with your existing Jira Projects. By following this guide you will be able to enable/disable DevBricks across your desired projects and processes.
- Jira permissions - The logged in user requires the role of Project Administrator to install & configure the extension.
¶ Step One: Create an account on DevBricks.ai.
¶ Step Two: Navigate to the DevBricks page on the Jira Marketplace here and select "install."
¶ Step Three: Choose the site where you want to install DevBricks and complete Jira set up wizard.
¶ Step Four: After the installation is complete, the DevBricks plugin should become visible within your user story tool.

Step Five: Generate your API key in the "integrations" tab of your DevBricks account at DevBricks.ai.

Step Six: Return to Jira and enter your API key To link your DevBricks account, click the “configure” button and enter your unique API key.
¶ Step Seven: Once you've logged in, finalize the first draft of your user story before selecting "Health Check."

Step Eight: Review the provided recommendations, choose one or all that apply to you, and then select "Apply."
